Registered Nurse Midwife

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Midwife to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the maternity cycle—from prenatal to postnatal stages.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

-Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a Midwifery qualification (diploma or degree)

-Valid SANC registration as a Professional Nurse and Midwife

-Minimum 2–5 years of midwifery experience, including labour and delivery

-Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ACLS and NRP are a plus)

-Strong knowledge of maternal and neonatal care standards

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
