Requirements:

Grade 12.
Relevant BCom degree
3 - 5 years' regulatory experience
Extensive, proven experience in regulatory reporting
Experience in a similar role within financial services will be a strong advantage

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring tasks are completed within agreed deadlines
Assisting the governance and risk executives in completing the necessary regulatory reports and due to various regulators as and when necessary.
Compiling quarterly committee meetings packs. Meetings include Audit and compliance, and Risk and Capital committee, Combined assurance Forum, and Board Committees.
Provide support to the product committee in preparation for reports to the exco and board.
Obtain detailed understanding of problems identified and ensure communication to relevant parties to ensure the problems identified are addressed by appropriate responsible parties

Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with high degree of accuracy
Good time management and the ability to work independently, proactively and within required deadlines
Strong planning, organisational, co-ordination, administrative and writing skills
Good networking, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to conduct research
Writing and proof reading of reports and documents
