A world-renowned commercial risk company is in search of a Financial Accountant with extensive reinsurance experience and adept at creating reporting packages for clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job and Company description:

My client is a leading commercial risk company with a strong focus on short-term insurance and excellent customer services. The company has offices in several counties and growth potential is substantial. The ideal candidate must have reinsurance and credit control experience with a strong financial accounting foundation.

As a Reinsurance Accountant you will be responsible for:

Reinsurance payments
Recover claims
Journal entries
Financial accounting
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Prompt reporting and precise management of all client account statements
Premium modifications in line with contract terms
Organize and develop excellent working knowledge of reporting and processing systems and handle and maintain outstanding communication

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.Com Degree
Extensive reinsurance experience is non-negotiable
Credit control experience
Independent thinker
