Duties:

• Ensure all treaties are accurately accounted for in SAP in line with the signed treaty wording through the preparation of monthly and quarterly journals.
• Preparation of annual MDP calculations and journals
• Preparation of Annual MDP adjustment calculations and journals where necessary
• Preparing Adhoc reallocation/correction journals
• Preparation of sliding scale accounts to accompany the quarterly accounts where applicable.
• Preparation of annual profit commission accounts
• Annual preparation of treaty stats to assess the performance of the treaty
• Preparation of annual MDP Adjustments Statements

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Honours in Accounting
• New Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed Articles
• 2-4 years experience in the short-term insurance industry
