SUMMARY:
Reliability Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Align Asset Management (AM) functions with the Company’s strategy and goals.

Provide  leadership  to  breed  culture  of  excellence  towards  LEAN  maintenance  and  Total

Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Provide an AM System, Routine Work Management (RWM) process and project management services to all stakeholders.

Integrate all AM requirements, shuts and projects, into one RWM Process.

Facilitate shut planning, including ramp-down, commissioning & ramp-up plans.

Provide quality assurance and controls in every aspect and interface.

Manage stakeholder relationships.

Periodically revise the plant criticality and business continuity plans.

Periodically measure and evaluate the efficiency of all AM business processes.

Provide reports indicating AM system compliance, efficiencies, progress and deviations.

Keep and maintain records of all related data, certificates and maintenance history.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

B-Tech /BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.

5 Years’ experience in asset care management, maintenance planning, plant shuts and projects.

Advanced training courses in / asset care management /reliability centred maintenance (RCM)

Planning & scheduling / project management /construction management.

Working experience on IBM Maximo, MS Projects, PAS 55 or ISO 55000 will be advantageous.

Advance Excel analytics and KPI dashboard reporting abilities is essential.
