SUMMARY:
A Beautiful Safari Lodge in the Waterberg is looking for a RELIEF FRONT OF HOUSE to cover Guest Relations, Childrens Liaison and Spa

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role in a five star safari environment is a must!
A Spa qualification is a BIG advantage
Must have a good nature and great interaction skills with children
Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and PANstrat or hospitality operation systems
Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment
Knowledge on the operation in-room equipment and appliances (spa)
Matric/NQF Level 4
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be flexible and open to change
Able to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Able to act decisively and quickly when necessary
Must have a genuine passion for guest delight
Must have brilliant references
