Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medication and monitor residents’ health conditions
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, carers, and families
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with SANC
- Proven experience in a care home, frail care, or similar environment
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
