Remote Operations Manager - Special Projects

SUMMARY:
Our client based in NY; USA is looking for a local Senior Operations Manager for their Special Projects Contact centre team. This position has three main areas of responsibility including delivery of service excellence, people management and development- and customer relationship building. Projects will vary in scope and function must be able to adapt easily and a quick learner Attention to detail is very important for this position:

POSITION INFO:


Minimum requirements:

• Relevant B. degree REQUIRED
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, PowerPoint and Visio included
• Experience with systems similar / same as EPIC, Cisco, NICE, Verint and Salesforce
• LEAN Six Sigma certifications (Yellow, White or Green Belt)
• Fluent in English – first language speaker
• MINIMUM of 5+ years of Contact Centre Operations- and Project Management experience; specifically including experience in leading large teams (100+) with Performance Management authority for all staff including Supervisors and Managers 
• Preferred or demonstrated Quality Management and Continuous Process Improvement experience PREFERRED
• Demonstrated experience with Metrics and Analysis /Workforce Planning, Measurement of Productivity, SLAs and KPIs REQUIRED
• Proven ability to draft and manage working Budget 
• Basic understanding of current South African HR legislation
• MUST be prepared to work / be on standby 24/7 matching client operational hours i.e. outside of South African typical work hours (flexible work schedule will be provided)
• Valid passport
