Type: Permanent (Remote)
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm UK time, Monday to Friday (1-hour break)

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
• Design graphics and write engaging copy
• Manage email campaigns, automations, and lead nurturing
• Optimise landing pages and funnels for lead generation
• Run Google Ads and paid social media campaigns
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
• Update the website and coordinate with developers
• Manage property portals and coordinate media production
• Design digital and print marketing materials
• Engage with social media comments and enquiries

• Digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong copywriting, SEO basics, and analytics skills
• Proficient in Canva, Figma, InDesign, website builders, and email/CRM systems
• Organised, proactive, and data-driven
• Confident managing campaigns and projects
