Renal Unit Manager (Nursing)
Eastern Cape
Market related negotiable package

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the leading private hospital groups requires the services of a Senior Professional Nephrology Trained Nurse to head up their Renal Unit. The responsibilities include offering medical treatment to both chronic & acute dialysis patients.

Minimum Requirements, Skills & Knowledge:

Post Basic diploma in Nephrology Nursing and/or Qualified Renal Technologist
SANC and/or HPCSA registration
Minimum of 2 years unit management experience preferably within a private facility/hospital
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a renal unit
Experience in both chronic and acute dialysis cases
Experience on Braun, Fresenius & Adcock dialysis machines
Certified in Basic Life Support
Own Transport and valid drivers license
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
Proficient in MS Office
Proven record of full vaccination against Covid-19
Strong leadership and people management skills essential
