Sydsen Recruit specializes in the Property Market Recruitment and is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Rental Agent to join a dynamic property group based in George.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Professional to step into a pivotal role within a fast-paced and growing property environment in the Garden Route.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Real Estate Qualification (NQF Level 4)
Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
Sales or Rental Experience in Real Estate

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Marketing Rental Properties
Screening Tenants
Conducting Property Viewings
Lease Preparation and Signing
Managing Tenant Relations and Issues
