SUMMARY:
Senior Service Manager - Durban - KwaZulu-Natal

POSITION INFO:

A well-established equipment solution company is seeking to employ a Senior Service Manager at their Durban branch.

The successful candidate will be providing technical and diagnostic expertise within the workshop and ensuring all operations within the workshop are run smooth and effectively.

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate
More than 5 years'' forklift experience is essential
Sound knowledge of Crown and Doosan equipment
Forklift or Auto Electric Trade Test is essential
Forklift Licence is essential
Must have excellent communication and customer liaison skills
Must be able to work in teams well as independently
Must have stellar leadership skills

Duties and responsibilities:

Managing and controlling the smooth process of units sent out to clients
Providing technical support and guidance to Technicians
Coordinating and ensuring that quotes are completed and signed off
Co-operating in machine care and safety whilst working on machines
SHEQ & ISO responsibilities for the branch
Ensuring diagnosis leads to the most cost-effective and accurate remedy to fault or customer complaint
