JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
Our client, based in the North of Johannesburg, is currently recruiting for a Reporting Accountant to join their team. The role will report directly to the Head of Group Finance.

The duties of this role include implementation of IFRS 17, preparation of internal monthly financial reports, preparation of quarterly and annual statutory returns, annual and provisional tax returns, and other ad hoc finance related tasks.

Education:

CA(SA) (not negotiable)
Insurance experience (not negotiable)
IFRS 17 knowledge

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Arms and Excel experience
2 – 4 years post articles experience
Understanding GL and finance functions
