Financial Feasibility & Analysis
Turn financial data into winning strategies by preparing feasibility studies and profit projections
Calculate project interest rolls with pinpoint accuracy
Shape funding roadmaps, raise targets & pre-sale benchmarks
Spot and drive project cost efficiencies
Operational Excellence
Own and optimise cash flow management for maximum impact
Review and submit project draw recons
Lead VAT review processes
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Oversee tax-related matters when applicable
Set up new entities seamlessly—from SARS registrations to accounting systems and CIPC filings
Implement and review key legal agreements
Accounting Mastery
Lead the audit process with confidence and clarity
Maintain flawless trial balances
Drive accounting system upgrades and efficiency improvements
Oversee smooth project transfers
Create real-time, smart reporting dashboards
Reconcile sales and accounting systems like a pro
Align 3rd party platform reports and sales splits
Ensure final transfer accounts and project returns are accurate
Manage interdepartmental reconciliations
Reporting & Pack Creation
Craft executive-level reports that tell the financial story
Deliver accurate and insightful management and project reporting
Compile polished bank funding packs that impress
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
Finance or Accounting degree
SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous)
Xero & Syft experience (advantageous)Construction sector exposure (advantageous)
A love for fast-moving, high-energy environments
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
A relentless focus on accuracy, deadlines, and self-review
Mastery in compiling top-tier reporting packs
A collaborative spirit and great interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, complex IF formulas
