POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS and group reporting standards.
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and the timeliness of financial results.
Provide variance analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure statutory compliance, including tax submissions, audit requirements, and regulatory filings.
Collaborate with operations and plant managers to align financial reporting with production performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, ensuring strong financial controls and governance.
Maintain and improve internal reporting systems and procedures.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
3 to 4 years post-articles' experience
3 years relevant manufacturing experience
