POSITION INFO:

Reputable client based in Durban is seeking an experienced Research Clinician for a 1-year fixed term contract.

Qualifications and experience:

MBChB
Valid registration with the HPCSA as a Clinician
Health research experience preferable
Experience in HIV network studies highly advantageous
In-depth knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment
Research track record desirable

Key Responsibilities:

Perform role of Study Clinician (including clinical assessments, safety reporting, eligibility assessments)
Assist with study setup (SOP development, clinical source documents and forms)
Prepare Scientific papers/publications
Participate in Journal Club
