POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing Proactively source high-calibre finance professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies Conduct market mapping and talent identification for niche and hard-to-fill roles Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, motivation, salary expectations, and availability Conduct detailed online and\/or in-person interviews Develop relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular communication. Keep the recruitment database accurately updated Assist with candidate sourcing and shortlisting What We're Looking For Previous recruitment, sourcing, research, sales, or talent acquisition experience advantageous Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident speaking with professionals over the phone and via MS Teams Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Strong LinkedIn and online research and sourcing skills Why Join Us?
