POSITION INFO:

This role will award you by being part of a JSE listed company with a reputation in the industry to produce some of the best recruiters in the South African market. With a result driven culture, you will be awarded and compensated for every placement made together with weekly and monthly incentives to allow you to generate more income for yourself above your basic salary.

As the successful candidate your roles and responsibilities will include:

Receiving and analysis of job specifications.
Searching and matching personal portfolios to job specifications.
Head hunting and searching for candidates to market the position and retrieving all relevant information and documentation.
Generating candidate short listings.
Telephonic screening of candidates.
Interviewing for relevant short-listed positions.
Submission of short-listed personal portfolios to clients.
Briefing and preparing candidates for client interviews.
Updating database – interviewing niche candidates on a weekly basis.
Placing of successful candidates.
Contacting candidates to complete personal portfolios missing information/details.
Regretting candidates in a professional mannerism.
Providing feedback on interviews and submissions sent to clients.
Sourcing personal portfolios and working on job specs as requested by Manage

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma
2– 4 years part time experience in tutoring, promotion, or au pairing
