JOB SUMMARY:

As a Researcher, you can expect to receive the tools and training to advance your Recruitment career!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Source candidates via LinkedIn, various job boards, social media etc.
Headhunt candidates
Telephonically screen candidates
Interviews - to check their professional and cultural fit
Support both candidates and Consultants for the full recruitment process
Administrative support to the recruitment function
Developing a full understanding of the company and the benefits offered
Proactive & confident in sourcing candidates for opportunity

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years working experience
Strong communication skills
Detail orientated

Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12)
Degree – Highly Advantageous
