Reservations Co-ordinator - Transport co. -Fourways

POSITION INFO:

Busy position with transport company. Review customer data and ensure client’s information is accurate and entered in the system in a timely manner. Assist sales team with client relationship queries. Own car essential.

1. First point of contact with external Clients either telephonically or via online enquiries submitted via e-mail or via the web
2. Provide product and service information to Clients
3. Generate quotes to client on SageOne Accounting and update HelloLeads with all documents
4. Escalate queries / conversions to the relevant Business Development Manager to ‘close the sale’
5. Ensure the correct process is followed to confirm with operations / sub-contractors on vehicle availability before acknowledging client acceptance.
6. Enter the booking into outlook diary with all supporting documents
7. Monitor payment from the client.Issue booking confirmation to client
8. Post service follow ups via email
9. Handle any complaints
10. Identify system / process enhancements to improve overall Client conversion rate
11. Point of contact for all user inquiries in relation to HelloLeads
12. Monitoring, assessing, and maintaining data quality using data reporting tools
13. Communicating any new data quality standards to the Head Office teams and ensuring compliance through spot checking of data samples
14. Monitoring data quality and providing updates to Supervisors
15. Provide a high quality of service to both internal and external customers and work as an effective team member
