Resident Engineer/Civil Technician x 2 (2 year contract)

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Engineering Industry based in Edenvale is looking for a Resident Engineer/Civil Technician to join their team. 
Salary is R15 000 - R20 000 CTC per month 

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years’ experience
• Must have a valid driver's licence
• Experience working on civil engineering infrastructure

• Consultation with the client or client's authorized representative
• Preliminary investigation, planning and a level of design appropriate to allow decisions
• Consultation with authorities having rights or powers of sanction as well as consultation with the public and stakeholder groups
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Inspection of the project site
• Searching for, obtaining, investigating and collating available data, drawings and plans
