EXPERIENCE & QUAIFICATIONS

Matric and relevant qualification at NQF L6 or higher.

Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar role on NPC (Non-Profit Company) HOA (Home Owners Association) or Facilitates Management or Built Environment Professional

CAISA (Community Associations Institute of South Africa) M100 would be advantageous.

Financial background or experience would be advantageous.

Drivers licence and own vehicle.

Clean criminal and credit record.

Understanding of NPC HOA legal framework.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office
