Bakery / Restaurant Central Kitchen in Bedfordview is looking for a Bakery Manager. Looking for someone with 5+ years’ management experience. Experience in commercial and/or retail banking management preferred, will also consider relevant hospitality or retail management experience. Main duties will include quality control, quantity control, staff management, stock control and general administration. Ability to think fast and work under strict guidelines essential. Must have strong staff management and training skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage production and organize the day to day operations.
