JOB DESCRIPTION:

Restaurant Group Central Kitchen in the Pretoria area is looking for a Chef / Kitchen Manager with 5 or more years'' experience. The suitable candidate will be able to coordinate and manage a production kitchen operation. Main duties will include food preparation, food quality control, food cost control, kitchen administration, health-safety procedures, staff management, task delegation, staff training, stock loss and waste control. Looking for someone who is passionate about kitchens, hardworking and able to work under pressure. Formal cooking/culinary arts qualification will be beneficial. The position offers good working hours, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays depending on efficiency. Salary R 12 - 14 K net. Contact / 0848459057. Quote reference RA85 when applying.
