Senior Executive Chef needed for upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank. Looking for individuals with 10+ years senior chef experience. Experience in a high-end Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in all types of food delivery is essential.
