JOB DESCRIPTION:

New upmarket Restaurant opening in Sun City is looking for an executive chef. Looking for someone with 10+ years’ experience as a chef in an upmarket Restaurant environment. Applicants must have the ability to cost and develop menus as well as train and manage staff. Knowledge of modern cuisine and modern cooking trends is essential. The suitable candidate must also be proficient in all kitchen management duties and kitchen administration. Experience in opening and setting up a kitchen will be beneficial. Looking for a senior chef candidate with a hands-on approach, he must be passionate about cooking and come with exceptional organizing and time keeping skills.
