Established upmarket Restaurant in the Fourways area is looking for a Floor Manager to join the team. Candidates must have 2+ years sit-down Restaurant management experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with effective communication abilities, must be self-motivated & ambitious. Main focus will be running the Restaurant floor, managing waiters & customer relations. Duties will also include staff management, stock control, Restaurant administration, opening & closing procedures. Salary R 8000 – 12000 K net depending on experience.
