Upmarket Seafood Restaurant in Bedfordview has a General Manager position available. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong back of house management skills with the ability to manage stock and food cost. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English.
