Upmarket Restaurant in the Melville area has a General Manager position available. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred.
