Restaurant General Manager - Rosebank

Upmarket Coffee shop / Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a General Manager. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as GM will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred.
