Restaurant Group Executive Chef - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Executive Chef needed for upmarket Restaurant group with 2 branches, one in Bryanston and one in Menlyn. Looking for individuals with 10+ years senior chef experience. Experience in a high-end Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in menu planning and food development essential. Very high paced and busy environment. Strong analytical skills needed. Job hoppers will not be considered.
