SUMMARY:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will oversee all front-of-house equipment, service flow, and guest interactions while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the team is well-prepared with proper mise en place and assigned responsibilities for each shift.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and conduct shift handovers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving complaints professionally.
- Organise special events and ensure guests' special occasions are celebrated appropriately.
- Monitor and control stock levels, placing beverage orders and managing inventory efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations within the restaurant and bar.
- Oversee the procurement of front-of-house items such as crockery, cutlery, glassware, and uniforms.
- Manage and train staff, creating rosters and monitoring performance to maintain high service standards.

- 5 years’ experience in high end properties in a similar position
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.

- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- A solid understanding of financial and stock management within a restaurant setting.
