A luxury Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational oversight and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house teams

• Ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience

• Manage labour, stock control, and cost of sales

• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury hospitality

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Strong financial and stock control knowledge

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• Professional presence with a guest-focused mindset
