Duties: Co-manage the daily operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery Deliver personalised guest service and uphold exceptional food, beverage, and service standards Drive restaurant sales through effective management and innovative revenue initiatives Assist with menu planning, development, and staff training on menu knowledge and sales techniques Lead, motivate, and develop staff, promoting engagement and staff retention Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development Manage stock control, inventory, and maintain hygiene standards Oversee reservations, restaurant presentation, and operational standards Supervise large teams and manage the restaurant's financial performance with strong commercial awareness Utilise Micros POS, Speed Point machines, and Microsoft 365 applications effectively Maintain extensive knowledge of food, beverages, wines, and spirits, staying current with industry trends Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong sales and operational management experience Knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining standards Proficiency in Opera and POS systems Ability to work independently and maintain operational excellence Flexibility to work shifts as required Benefits: Medical Aid Contribution Provident Fund Contribution This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the customer experience in a prestigious fine dining setting.
