POSITION INFO:
Location: KZN Midlands near Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Nature Reserve


Basic Salary: Salary – negotiable, depending on experience and skills.

A well established and The first luxury safari lodge within in the world, renowned by the Big 5 game reserve requires a Restaurant Manger to join their expanding team.

Requirements:

• A hospitality diploma and or experience in similar positions in the hospitality field.
  - Computer Literate – EXCEL/ Microsoft Office
  - English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English
  - Zulu (Speak) – certainly a great benefit
  - South African Citizen
  - Physically fit, sober habits and in good health

• Previous work experience of at least 2 years in F&B roles.
  - Systematic and strong with protocols
  - Used to a reporting system and presenting month end reports to Management.
  - Eye for detail

• Work Schedule – 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. leave cycles adjustable depending on
  guest occupancies and lodge requirements.
  - Live In – accommodation, meals, and laundry provided; drinks charged at staff
  price.
