Popular Trendy Restaurant in Linksfield / Edenvale area is looking for two managers. Looking for an all round management candidates with 5 or more years experience in a full-service (not fast food) Restaurant environment. Must be well-spoken, fluent in English with exceptional communications skills. Duties will include detailed stock management, customer relations, Restaurant administration, food-liquor costing, stock reporting, service quality control, opening & closing procedures. Applicants must be skilled in staff management, staff motivation and staff training. Must have the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be hardworking with a long working history at previous employers. All references must be contactable. Looking for a hands-on fast thinker with strong organizing and time management skills. Looking for long term commitment. Salary R 10000 – 17000 K Net depending on experience.
