Established Restaurant in Jhb South is looking for a Restaurant Manager with 4+ years Restaurant management experience to join the team. Applicants must have good front of house as well as back of house management skills. Ability to manage and train staff essential. Main duties will include customer relations, stock management and general floor management duties. Looking for a well-groomed candidate who can lead a team and who works well alone. All references must be contactable. Must be able to do cash-ups and must be skilled in general Restaurant administration. Salary 12000 – 15000 K nett.
