Restaurant Manager (Live in) - Phalaborwa

Established Hotel & Restaurant in the Phalaborwa Limpopo next to the Kruger Park is looking for a General Restaurant Manager. Live-in position. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5+ years must be as senior manager will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. The successful candidate will work with the General manager and Head chef to ensure the property runs smoothly. 5 Days on 2 days off. Salary 18 - 20 K net, meal allowance and accomodation.
