JOB DESCRIPTION:

Popular Restaurant / function venue in the Midrand area has a Restaurant Manager position available. Looking for candidates with 3+ years Restaurant management experience. Applicants must be skilled in front and back of house management. Main duties will include customer relations, staff management/training, stock control and general Restaurant administration. Must well spoken, well-groomed with good organizing skills. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on management style and must be able to work under pressure. No job hoppers will be considered.
