A highly regarded niche wine estate in the Cape Winelands is launching an extraordinary new destination restaurant, led by a Michelin-starred chef and designed to become one of South Africa’s most sought-after dining experiences.

Highly seasonal, intensely guest-focused, and operationally dynamic — this venue will demand exceptional leadership on the floor and a Restaurant Manager who thrives in world-class hospitality environments.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader ready to operate at the highest level within one of the country’s most distinctive wine and culinary destinations.

The Role

• Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operations
• Lead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods
• Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
• Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
• Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams
• Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency
• Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estate’s brand and guest experience
• Step into senior leadership responsibilities when required

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment
