JOB DESCRIPTION:

Restaurant Manager required for trendy Restaurant in Randpark Ridge. Will consider candidates with 4+ years Restaurant management experience. Looking for a candidate with good customer relations and staff management skills. Must have strong front of house and general kitchen management experience. Duties will include stock control, Restaurant administration, quality control, service control, opening & closing procedures. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, hardworking and passionate about Restaurants. Very fast paced environment. Preferably looking for a lady. R10 - 12 K nett per month.
