Restaurant Manager - The Congo

South African Restaurant Group in Lubumbashi in the Congo has two Senior Management positions available. Candidates with 6+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have very strong general management skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant front and back of house. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Looking for someone computer literate with solid experience working on a pos system. All travel costs are covered.
