JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min 5 years exp managing a restaurant
Strong organisational skills
Managing restaurant staff
Stocktaking and menu setting
Must have strong Excel skills
Handled some financial duties/payroll
Must be able to handle a fast-paced, quick-thinking environment
Good command of English - both written and spoken
Excellent time-management
Top customer service skills
