JOB DESCRIPTION:

Trendy new Restaurant opening in Lynwood Pretoria has two management positions open. Looking for one front of house and one back of house manager. Candidates with 3+ years relevant Restaurant management experience will be considered. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Front of house candidates must be skilled in customer relations, floor management, opening & closing procedures. Back of house candidates must be skilled in stock control, kitchen administration and quality control. All applicants must have strong staff management skills. All references must be contactable.
