Restaurant Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is a niche recruitment firm. We are currently assisting a multinational hospitality & retail company with their search for a Restaurant Operations Manager. The position will be based at the country head office in Lusaka, Zambia.

POSITION INFO:
The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Assist with the development and implementation of business plans and budgets.
• Implementation and review of standard operating procedures. 
• Identify and support formal training requirements. 
• Track and analyse competitor activity within the region.
• Identify in-store training needs and implement on the job training interventions and coaching
• Assist with both regional and local marketing strategies. 
• Increase brand awareness and increase turnover. 

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of food service and hospitality sector. 
• Strong communication and management skills. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Financial and budgetary knowledge. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.
