JOB DESCRIPTION:

Upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a Pastry Chef. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts beneficial. Applicants must have 4 years + experience as a pastry chef. Must be strong in following recipes and meeting set quality standards. Must be hardworking and able to meet deadlines. Must have experience in creating cakes, deserts, and breads. Must be able to work under extreme pressure in an a la carte food service environment. Looking for someone with a strong personality. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high quality pastries / desserts is a fast-paced environment. Salary R 10000 – 15000 K CTC.
