Minimum requirements:

Completed Grade 12
5 years’ experience within the retail industry – managing people
Proven track record (references and background screening will be done)
Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel and Outlook – POS system experience
Valid driver’s license and own car

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the fast food store
Planning, organizing and training of staff members
Stock loss investigation and implementation of internal processes for the prevention of shrinkage
Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Motivation and management of staff
Establishing and maintaining acceptable profitability in the business
Stock taking duties
Ensuring operations run smoothly and that the customers are satisfied
