Restaurant Stock Controller - Sandton

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established Restaurant in Sandton is looking for a Stock controller. Applicants must have 3+ years relevant stock control or chef / Restaurant management experience. Will be responsible for all stock management, receiving and ordering. Must has knowledge of how a Restaurant kitchen / storeroom works with regards to stock intake and issuing. Main duties will include stock quality control, stock rotation as well as stock waste management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to capture stock on the point of sale system, so must be computer literate. Candidates must be self motivated, ambitious with good analytical skills.
