SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Retail & Merchandising Manager to lead retail operations at a high-end establishment. If you’re passionate about driving sales, visual presentation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple outlets
Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Lead and train retail staff to ensure service excellence
Analyse sales data and trends to drive revenue
Maintain visual standards in line with brand identity

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

3–5 years of retail or merchandising management experience (luxury or lodge retail a plus)
Strong commercial acumen and leadership ability
Excellent visual merchandising and display skills
Experience in stock control, reporting, and supplier negotiation
Well-presented, guest-facing, and detail-oriented
