SUMMARY:
Assist with general retail warehouse duties, including orders, dispatching, managing customer orders on the website.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
At least 3 years working experience within Logistics, Warehouse or Retail space
Ability to work accurately with general orders
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Ability to deliver
Computer literate

Duties:

Manage the stock on the website - 200 items
Act as Warehouse Manager
Handling picking, packing and dispatching of orders
Update order statuses in the website backend
Reconciling PayFast and PayPal
Managing customer communication
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
